What is CMYK?

CMYK, also known as process printing, is the standard color model for offset printing in the industry. It stands for 4 colors; Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black.  The different colors produce a series of dots that make up the text, images, and graphics that you see on printed materials. Computer monitors, video, and  and television use the RGB color model

Please see the CMYK Color Explained page in our Help section for a detailed explanation of the differences between CMYK and RGB color.
